Quality Assurance is very important – especially in luxury products. Rupa talks about how she ensures she delivers high standard to her clients.

In terms of luxury products, the standards are very, very high. When it comes to retailers, I mean in terms of the b2b business, quite often we have AQL standards that are provided. Sometimes it’s a 2.5. And then we deal with the go along the lines of the 2.5. Other clients might want hundred percent, that also happens. And then in that case, it’s hundred percent.

Obviously that has an impact on productivity and efficiency in factories of 100% depending on the complexity of the garment.
