He has 21 years of experience in Apparel and Leather Industry & 7 years of consulting experience demonstrating bottom line benefit to the organizations. His area of specialization is Industrial Engineering, Process optimization and Lean Manufacturing where he has demonstrated great and consistent success in bringing change and sustainable growth to the organization. He has the unique ability to drive himself to achieve focused results whilst motivating and getting the best out of people. He is specialized in blending people with process. As a certified ZED consultant, he enabled factories to understand their current level and made a road map to become a world class manufacturing.
